- [Misc Performance] Readded "Memory Caching" option
- This is an experimental feature, but can massively help with performance on lower end systems (up to 300%-500%) in exchange for some more RAM usage. This option controls how long a memory read should be cached, which means that if you set this option to 5ms, the cheat will only update information, like positions, health, bones and so on, if it is older than 5ms. Usually, using a value between 1ms and 3ms should not be noticeable by a human.
