If I buy the ESP / Visuals / Wallhack only and just turn on that enemy´s are red and not through walls is the cheat undetected and gives not Red Trust Factor ?

The cheat itself is undetected, but can (and most-likely will) lead to a reduced trust factor due to the steady improvement of VACNet. No matter which cheat you use, you should be aware that your trust factor will probably decrease, at least for a certain amount of time. I can't tell you for sure if it will happen, but the chance is high.

Thanks for fast answer. But its possible to just make enemys red and not through walls ?

Yes, it is possible to highlight only visible players (or completely "make them red" with chams, for example).
